Alex is so lovely, she is calming and extremely knowledgeable about piercings and the ethics behind making sure you are pierced properly and safely. Alex was happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel stupid. No question was a silly question, she was able to provide some great advice and put my mind at ease. I also had a piece of jewellery that I needed help taking out and changing to something nicer, Alex was more than happy to help. The aftercare information is fantastic, I look forward to coming back in 4 weeks to get my jewellery changed over. I would highly recommend Happy Stabber to anyone thinking of getting a new piercing. They also stock some beautiful high quality pieces of jewellery.

I love that they use the highest quality jewellery. It makes all the difference when it comes to healing and aesthetics. Carlo did an amazing job piercing my helix, very professional and friendly. After a botched lobe piercing I had done years ago I had significant scar tissue and was unable to wear earrings. I had debated about getting my ears re-pierced, scared that I would have a similar experience and further damage; but then I found Happy Stabber and today I had my lobes pieced by Carlo. He was very professional talking me through the process.

The ‘stabbers’ at Happy Stabber are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They did a wonderful job with my daughter’s piercing, and are happy for her to pop in to help her change her piercings. A great service!!

Can’t rate The Happy Stabber highly enough. Despite asking over and over to get her ears pierced, my 5 year old wasn’t feeling brave enough the first time we were booked in, so we re-booked for a few weeks later. Alex and Carlo were wonderful with her on both visits and she says it didn’t hurt at all. We’re now 4 weeks post piercing (I had my tragus done too), and all healing beautifully. We have had no issues, except for losing the front of one of the earrings, which Carlo replaced straight away. We’re both super happy and would definitely recommend for both adult and kids! Thanks so much guys.

My youngest and I got piercings done a year ago and are really happy with the result. The person we had was lovely. She took her time marking up where the piercings was going to go and then gave us advice on wound care. So different to my first piercings in the 80's! We also had free follow up care. Highly recommend

I had a really bad experience here. I had gone there before and had a female piercer who did a great quick job on my double helix. I went back for a septum and the male piercer seems like he's never done a septum before. He said he had years of experience but he made me tilt my head back and stood behind my head looking down my nose to pierce my septum. This was super unusual. He also did not tell me when he was going go pierce like take a breath or ask if I'm ready or anything. He was just feeling around and then stabbed me which was super shocking. He pulled though the jewellery then told me that it didnt work so he took it out without me even getting to look at it. He spoke to me in an extremely condescending way like I was an idiot. He also didn't give me my $15 deposit back which goes towards the piercing cost total. The experience made me super uncomfortable and left me a shaken, so much so that I was super anxious and scared about getting another piercing for a long time because of how bad the experience was, which is super disappointing. I debated about writing this as it was a while ago but thought I should as I was so upset by the experience.

I had my first ever piercing done here and was a bit nervous — Ruby the apprentice was so kind and calm, and her patience and thoughtfulness really put me at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was reassured by how well-sterilised my ears, the equipment and the venue all were! Thank you :)
